Below are  a few of the many projects that GNHCLF has been involved in over the years.

Fairlawn Manor
491 Whalley Avenue, New Haven (after)
GNHCLF provided $1.5 million to the Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven toward a $4.5 million dollar project to rehabilitate 12 properties in the Whalley Avenue/Ella Grasso Boulevard area, to provide 25 new units of affordable housing and transform the neighborhood.
Beulah Development Corporation
Orchard Street, New Haven
GNHCLF financed $165,000 for Phase I development, and $465,000 for Phase II, as part of a total Phase II of $830,267 to create six more units of affordable housing. Phase II is pictured at left.
Casa Familia
Sylvan Avenue, New Haven
With loans totaling $880,000 from the GNHCLF, 30 units of housing was created at Casa Familia for a total cost of $7,618,422. Casa Familia provides housing, community spaces and services to grandparents raising grandchildren and other non-traditional family units. Pictured at right is the back of the completed building.
North Haven Opportunities for Affordable Housing (NHOAH)
178-194 Quinnipiac Avenue, North Haven
GNHCLF provided a $160,000 loan for the purchase of property on which NHOAH will construct 20 affordable condominium units. The loan was done in participation with the Leviticus Fund, which also provided $160,000 toward the purchase.
