The foreclosure crisis has continued to impact individuals, families and communities alike, across the state of Connecticut. To help assist the many homeowners who are at risk of, or in foreclosure, we offer free, HUD and CHFA Certified Housing Counseling at The Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund.

Attend a No-cost Foreclosure Prevention Clinic and learn more about a homeowners rights in the foreclosure process as well as what resources and trustworthy assistance programs are available. Any homeowner who is currently in foreclosure, or having trouble paying their mortgage is encouraged to attend! Clinics are run by our experienced HUD and CHFA – Certified Housing Counselors.
