The Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund's mission is to create and sustain vibrant neighborhoods throughout New Haven County. It provides flexible, low-cost financing to developers creating affordable housing, low-cost loans to nonprofit organizations, and assistance to income eligible homeowners with down payment and closing costs, emergency home repairs, lead abatement and code compliance.

A Happy New Homeowner in Beuhlah Land Phase I
The GNHCLF and Beulah Land Development Corporation partnered on Phase I of their development with a loan of $165,000. With Phase I complete, and the new homeowner settled, GHNCLF made a commitment of $465,000 for Phase II, to develop six more units of affordable housing.
